Abigail Winter is a professor for the University of Transylvania in Lexington KY and the coach of the university's community Dashball team, the Pioneers. Having gotten hooked on the sport when the league was young she's ready to see it expand to more parts of the country. Her votes are:
1.Boston, MA
Boston is an obvious choice, there's no reason one of the most infamous sports cities shouldn't have a team by now.
2.Washington, D.C.
In the same regards, our nations capital is another easy choice.
3.Las Vegas, NV
An oddball pick, Las Vegas is one of those places where Dashball with hopefully stick with its modern roots and off the wall nature.

Stopping by real quick to let you know that if you haven't gotten your expansion votes in, I'm officially closing the vote at midnight EDT tonight, so y'all have about 12 hours left to make your voices heard.

With that, the 2026 NDL Expansion Board has come to a close! Thanks to everyone for participating. You've all selected Boston, Montréal, Washington, and Minneapolis-St. Paul as the next four franchises to enter the league. The full shakedown of points is as follows:
Boston (18)
Montréal (13)
Washington (13)
Minneapolis-St. Paul (12)
Kansas City (8)
Phoenix (5)
Las Vegas (3)
Denver (0)
Raleigh (0)
Salt Lake City (0)
Thanks again to everyone who voted! I'll have the offseason post up in a few days; until then, feel free to suggest names for these four squads.
