NFL: Steelers and of course the Patriots.
NBA: The team that LeBron is currently on.
NHL: Colorado and Vegas. They were fun for about a year then they got arrogant.
NCAA: A&M. My mom was a UT grad and a lot of the Aggies I know are kinda a-holes.
Soccer: Bayern Munich.

MLB: Don't watch enough to hate, so....
NFL: The NFL, and all 32 teams. Can't stand the version of football they play.
MLS: Same as the MLB.
NHL: Philly, the Islanders, Dallas, and NJ.

CFL all the way. Don't like any team per se, but Calgary always makes me nervous when they play my teams. Edmonton's always kinda rubbed me the wrong way too.

NBA: Lakers (I actually like Lebron but just have never liked the team)
MLS: Atlanta and Kansas City
Euro Football: Manchester United, Real Madrid, and Arsenal
NCAA: Minnesota (hockey only), North Dakota, Wisconsin, MSU-Mankato, MSU-Moorhead, and Alabama
AltHL: Winnipeg
AltFL: Milwaukee and Kentucky (I guess lol)

I'm an interesting case where I don't really dislike a lot of teams or at least they change regularly.
I think my most consistent are
NHL: Leafs
NFL: Cowboys & Eagles - mainly the fan bases
I just find I love sports and I rarely have a strong dislike for teams even if they are supposed rivals; for example, Wild for the Jets and anyone other than the Vikings in the NFC North.
but like for the sake of it AtlHL - Loons (despite how much I love the design)

MLB: Cardinals Yankees and Pirates.
NFL: Steelers, I would also hate the Browns but I don't remember ever having a reason to personally hate them outside of the Battle for Ohio. I'm still not over the Vontaze Burfict-Antonio Brown hit and that wildcard game in general. (PS by rule it was a 100% clean hit and you can't change my mind, he went in with his shoulder)
