Look at my avatar and then think Christian Laettner. Still struggle with that all these years later.

I wasn't alive for 1989. So it was this year. I don't remember if I cried when I saw that the NCAA tournament was being cancelled, but Myles Powell was the best player in the country. Between he and Ro blocking everything in sight, we got screwed out of another title. 1989 all over again.

No joke, but I saw 1989 NCAA Tournament and immediately thought baseball (Wichita State)!

I am a mixed bag, so hear me out on my teams.
Patriots:
Super Bowl 52: An easy pick, I even congratulated the Eagles to try and be a good sport. My family disagreed with me.
2019 Wild Card: Ryan Tannehill. Do I really need to say more?
Houston Rockets:
2018 WCF: So close to a title but those goddamn Warriors have to ruin everything
Red Sox:
Astros: My 2nd lest favorite team behind those Yankees who I very much hate, they cause my head to explode every time We lose to them.
Yankees: Do I need a goddamn explanation here?
Philadelphia Flyers:
Title Drought: We need a cup, but 2010 was terrible.
Georgia Bulldogs:
2018 Natty: The Tide screwed us up in OT, this was our year to win! The loss broke my heart actually.

NFL: 2012 NFC wild card game vs Seattle. RG3 was on track to become one of the best QB's in NFL history but those damn Seahawks have to ruin everything
MLB: 2017 NLCS game 5 vs Cubs. They should have never put Scherzer in there, if they didn't the Nats probably would have won.
NHL: 2015 Second round vs Rangers. Blowing a 3-1 lead hurts, but losing game 5 and 7 in overtime makes it even more painful.
NCAA: UVA vs UMBC 2018. That's all I have to say

NFL: The day the Chargers left San Diego.
MLB: 2020 World Series. I wanted Tampa Bay to pull off the upset because the Dodgers had come up short every year and I didn't want to think this year was gonna be any different.
NBA: I wanted to see someone beat MJ and the Bulls in 96, 97 and 98. SMH.
NHL: The day the 2005 lockout wiped out the season.

Just witnessed another dark moment in my sports life… Suns going up 2-0 in the finals and lose the next 4 in a row.

I can now add today's heartbreaking MLS cup to the list

Almost as heartbreaking as how the New York Sentinels have been treated by their owner... True shame.
