It’s not karma, it’s a designed simulation using historic data from two different leagues. Ergo, it’s a systemic way to guarantee no team has a dynasty.

You picked the Racers before we knew what team's history we'd get, therefore you getting the history that would allow you to choke every other year is karma. Karma comes in many ways

 
I’d like to point to the fact that I had just as much of a chance to get that history as everyone else. Therefore, any other person could have been put in this position.
