An unfortunate loss to Toronto for our third Shield but nice to see Belfour a mainstay as the top goalie. Hopefully we can climb back to the top!

Yeah, after sweeping the back-to-back champ, we’re not gonna let you forget this. Next season, we’ll start the opening night festivities by taking stuffed kingfisher dolls, throwing them into a pile, and setting the pile on fire Denver Broncos clown suit-style* while all the fans chant “CLEAN SWEEP!”
So yeah, we’re never letting this victory go.
(*refers to the Denver Broncos celebrating a uniform redesign by burning a pile of their infamous former “clown suit” uniforms.)
