I dunno, I love the purple, these might be up there for favorite sweaters thus far. Some mid-90's black alternates would definitely be great though.

The league poster for the inaugural season:
And the diagram of the floor itself:
Main deviations from ice hockey:
- No blue lines.
- An arc for 2 point goals (Used in real life by Pro Beach Hockey).
- Squares to mark where the goalie can play the puck or ball.
- Four quarters instead of three periods.
- Four on four instead of five on five.

1991 Roller Hockey League Season
Duration: May 31, 1991 - August 30, 1991
Number of games: 14 (Every team meets home and away)
Number of teams: 8
TV Partners: Fox, TNT
The RHL made its 1991 debut on the evening of May 31 at the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum. That night, the New York Rhymes hosted the Rocky Mountain Xtreme in a game televised nationally by the relatively new Fox network. After regulation ended with both teams tied at 2, the game went into a shootout. After ten rounds of close calls, the tie was finally broken by Rhymes defenseman Alexis Lajoie when he put the ball through the five hole, between the legs of Xtreme goalie Jani Valtonen.
KEVIN HARLAN (RHL on Fox): Here is Lajoie...in on Valtonen...BETWEEN THE LEGS! HE SCORES!!!!! THE RHYMES WIN IT IN THE SHOOTOUT!!!! OH, BABY WHAT A GOAL!!!!
On the following Saturday afternoon, June 1, 1991, the Miami MerBlades visited the Los Angeles Action at the Great Western Forum. This time, it was cable partner TNT carrying the game with Ernie Johnson in the studio and Al Trautwig and Dave Maloney calling the action. The first two point goal was scored by LA's Timo Kangas in the second quarter. In the second half, the MerBlades completely turned the game around with a Dominic Scott hat trick. The game also saw the RHL's first fight, with the MerBlades' Charlie Curry trading punches with Action alternate captain Adonis Petty. The MerBlades would steal what turned out to be a 4-2 decision on the road. Los Angeles would get their revenge in week 8 when they laughed the MerBlades out of the Miami Arena 11 to 4.
