The MerBlades are absolutely fabulous. They're gonna be my team for now.
That Gila monster is your best logo yet. Brilliant work.

I'm trying to wait until all of the team reveals are complete, but right now, my favourite team so far is the Rocky Mountain Xtreme, the logo and the jerseys work well together.

The sixth franchise to be granted was the Bay Area Cyborgs. The 'Borgs will serve as an appetizer for Northern California hockey fans before the NHL San Jose Sharks arrive later this fall. This year, the 'Borgs will play at the Cow Palace, which will also serve as the Sharks' temporary home. A new arena in San Jose will open in Fall '93. Should the Cyborgs stick around, they'll will move into The Tank in Summer '94.

Love that look for the Cyborgs. The triangle logo is great. Their fan base can be called the Square Chins. The uniforms are pretty traditional but I imagine there will be loads of possible alternate sweaters in crazier patterns.

The RHL's Los Angeles franchise was granted to NHL Kings chairman Bruce McNall, current Kings captain Wayne Gretzky and NBA Lakers chairman Dr. Jerry Buss. The team will play its home games at the Great Western Forum. But first, the Los Angeles Times is holding a run-off to vote on the name and logo for the team.
The naming of the franchise is now down to two candidates.
The Action; Both a popular Hollywood genre and a command used by the director on the set of a film or TV series.
The Surfers; For the surfing culture of LA and the city's coastal proximity.

I prefer the Action, personally, I think it has much more character. I'd just clean up the crest and maybe use the Clippers' orange instead of red for the logo.

They both look good but I like the bolder look for the Action, feels much more Roller League to me. I did wonder if adding some movement stripes similar to the LA Express logo might really sell it though. I like the Action LA monogram as well. Very slick.
Edit: I think you could keep the Surfers logo for a potential second LA franchise maybe in Anaheim or Long Beach or something.

Make that purple black and you've got a winner.
