Roseau's gotta LOVE playing at the Met Center...the color scheme, fans and chants for their games have 'em feeling like the big North Stars (who may or may not have been named after 'em)
Congrats to 'em on being the ninth member of the "three-Cup club"...great showing by the Mavs too, and I expect 'em to have their moment again very soon.
Bring on the offseason!

1970/71 Offseason Highlights
- 3 expansion teams are joining the MAHL
- 3 current teams adjusted their identities
- 4 Teams made the move indoors
- Falcon Heights: The Raptors will be moving into Oscar Johnson Arena which fits 750.
- Grand Marais: The Explorers will leave the Bay behind in favor of the newly finished Cook County Community Center (or 4C) which seats 750. With this move indoors, the Lake Superior Hockey League is the first league to have all teams indoors.

The St. Paul Victorias and Twin Cities Vulcans added sleeve numbers, that is all.

The St. Cloud Storm tweaked their logo, adding a white stroke.
The Storm also adjusted their uniforms, keeping the basic idea intact, but changing some things up. The biggest change is promoting gold to the teams primary color at home, becoming the first team to use yellow for their home jersey.

Le Sueur (luh sewer) is a small town of 3,700 located north of Mankato. Le Sueur is located in an area referred to as "the Valley of the Green Giant" and is the home of the frozen vegitable company of the same name. The team is sponsored by Green Giant Company. The Giants will be members of the Blue Earth Hockey League and will be playing their home games at Mayo Park.
They will be called the "Green Giants" in honor of their sponsor and statues of the Jolly Green Giant in the area. Their colors are green and white.

Yankton is a city of nearly 10,000 located in South Dakota, right across the Missouri River from Nebraska. They will be joining the Southwest Hockey Association and will call Riverside Park their home.
They are called the "Paddlefish" named after the bizarre looking fish native commonly caught on the Missouri River. Their colors are purple and steel blue.
Let me know what you think, comments are appreciated!

BEAUTIFUL job once again...ever since I first discovered this league, I've been looking forward to the day it expanded to Le Sueur...I can tell hockey will be a hit in the Valley of the Jolly (HO! HO! HO!) Green Giant.
The Stamps and Paddles sets are lookin' stylish too...unique enough where you can tell we're getting into the 70s, but with that classic look you've made your own.
PS: You know where to e-mail the new logos.

I like all the new looks! However, i can't quite see the "Stamps" in the horse in Spirit Lakes concept. It reads Tamp and sorta looks like a tiger with the black and orange. I like the idea though!

YOOOOOOO im all for more teams outside of Minnesota. I remember when this thread started with just 10 teams and now there are more teams than i can remember.
Also on another note, myself and a community of other people are starting up an Minnesota Rocket League Championship Series [MNCS] and are planning to have teams represent cities. I love your work and I was curious if you were interested in helping out.
