The third franchise to be granted is the Cleveland Moondogs, who will play their home games at Richfield Coliseum. A new arena is being built in Cleveland proper and should be open by 1994.

The fifth franchise granted by the RHL was the Arizona Gila Monsters. Owned by NBA Suns chairman Jerry Colangelo, the team will play their home games at the Arizona Veterans Memorial Coliseum, aka the Madhouse on McDowell.

LOVE all the looks, and the arena names bring back memories too! (Excited for the Gilas' coming move to the America West Arena when it opens in '92)
