The Portland Grizzlies, in the middle of their rookie draft process, announced that Jerome Bettis has been fired as head coach after three straight 7-7 seasons, and since the owner had recently watched Surviver: Nicaragua with his wife, he decided to hire 81-year-old Jimmy Johnson, who was on that season of the show and was her favorite character. Jimmy recently retired from broadcasting in March and will be the new head coach of the Grizzlies moving forward.
So a second stint coaching the Grizzlies for Jimmy, since he would've been your coach during the legacy project?

The owner of the Portland Grizzlies, known to some as Bob Longerbeam, completely forgot that he once had Jimmy Johnson as his coach, a fact of which nobody on his admin staff made him aware during the hiring process, which led to a completely embarrassing conversation with Jimmy. The admin staff has been fired. Jimmy, for his part, was just elated that he wasn't going to be sent to the old folks home any time soon. Both parties agreed to never speak of it again.

The Los Angeles Sabercats announced today that they have fired whoever the heck it was that was running the team and are now hiring Messi because he's apparently good at football. Nobody has told Stickman that he's thinking about the wrong football. Also, Stickman has announced that the Sabercats will hire the professional sumo wrestler and Yokozuna, Onosato, to be the team's Ass Coach because quote, "That boys got a big ass!" Unquote.

First things first, welcome to the league, Kaden!
Second: will Milwaukee receive the first overall pick in the free agent draft?

Okay, so Milwaukee and Birmingham. We will be exempting them from the budget based draft placement for this season. They will be picking 1-2. Spots 3 through 22 will be via the budget based placements.
They will go through the expansion process still, but they will likely leave them at a talent deficiency because they'll have the option for good players at non-premium positions or expensive players. There will likely be exceptions, but not many.
Milwaukee will pick first for the dispersal draft since Birmingham picked first in the rookie draft.
