1. 8 teams make the playoffs, two division winners and two wildcards from each conference. There's three rounds: the knockout series, the conference finals, and the Ultimate Cup Final, each lasting 7 games max.
2. UBL games can be seen on ESPN, TBS, TNT and ABC, along with affiliated streaming networks.

It is spread a bit thin, isn't it? Probably the hardest one to organize, I mainly did it based on population.
Hoping to add another team to either the east coast or great lakes soon to make it at least a little better.
