With a big comeback win in Winnipeg, the Wildcats kept pace with the top teams in the standings. Uncharacteristically, we had a really strong day on Sunday to clinch the win, led by W Seth Jarvis, who finished the week with 2 goals, 3 assists, 4 blocks, and 7 hits. We continue our road trip with a long journey out to Boston, where the Rovers will be looking to rebound from a tough loss to Halifax last week. #WhatTeam #ClawsUp

Look, no one wanted a three game losing streak, but after the Owls beat us last week, here we are. You know what we don't want? A four game losing streak. As such, we're welcoming the Halifax Kingfishers to Manpower Arena here in Milwaukee, and to shake things up, we're going to be in the alternate brown set. Featured this week is Noah Hanifin, who has been on a hot streak since being claimed off waivers from the Wildcats and returning to Milwaukee. #ThePeoplesTeam

It was a good week to be a Wildcats fan. Not only did the Cats fend off a late surge from the Rovers to pick up our fourth straight win, but every team tied with or ahead of us in the standings lost. As a result, we're back on top of the Canadian Division and just one game back of the top-seeded Loons. This week, we finish out our three-game road trip in Portland, where we'll see if our recent success will translate to roller hockey. One of our hottest players lately has been D Jackson LaCombe, who had four assists, five hits, and eight blocks in Boston. #WhatTeam #ClawsUp

Well that sucks. We are the second highest scoring team in the league this past week, but take the loss because the Kingfishers were the top scoring team. With our fourth consecutive loss, we're now at 8-6. We'd still be in the playoffs if they started today, but they don't, so we need to string together some wins to get back near the top of the league. We'll head out on the road for our next matchup as we head to Toronto to take on the Terriers in our standard ivory set. Our featured player was never much in doubt, as after we claimed Andrei Svechnikov just 10 days ago, and he rewarded us with 3 goals, 1 assist, 8 hits, and a block to go with a +4 and 1 PPP against the Kingfishers. #ThePeoplesTeam

The Wildcats' winning streak came to a screeching halt in Portland, as we - somewhat uncharacteristically - had a poor showing on Saturday that turned a close game into a decisive Sawblades victory. Luckily, we did get some help in the standings, as Québec took a loss against Minnesota, keeping us atop the Canadian Division. Now, we return to Edmonton to face ... Québec. The Owls will be looking to avoid their third straight loss as they've slipped a bit in recent weeks, but it'll certainly be one of the biggest matchups in the league this week. Spearheading our gameplan will be the first goalie feature of the season, as Jeremy Swayman is looking like himself again. The Alaska native made 82 saves on 89 shots in a heroic effort. #WhatTeam #ClawsUp

Another week that made me remember last season, as we dropped our 5th straight game against the Terriers. We're looking to get back on track here as we head north of the border to take on the Arrows. We're still in the second spot in the American Conference, but things aren't looking good if we can't get one in the win column again. One thing we have seen is the return of Logan Thompson to the top goalkeeper spot on the depth chart. We're hoping he can continue giving us good play in net in Winnipeg. #ThePeoplesTeam
