Outside the Milwaukee Mallards' war room, their owner Michael Burmy's voice could be heard...after being beaten to the punch on both acquiring the AltHL's 48ers and now on acquring Bateman, his cry of "O'MAAAAAAAAAAAAC!" could be heard all across Milwaukee and Waukesha counties (and in a good portion of Racine County as well).

His voice completely blown out from that cry, his personal assistant Noah K. Flerken had to announce their pick for him.

"With the 19th pick in the 2021 AltFL rookie draft, the Milwaukee Mallards select Trey Sermon, running back from...um, a 'Sooner crop of Buckeyes.'

The Carolina Reapers are...on the clock.

Gotta rush, my boss insists that his lozenge is Ricola because he's stuck in the '90s like that."

Flerken immediately proceeded to show off his uncanny parkour, leaving reporters speculating about his future career choices.

and by Murray it means Bateman

Pick 18 should be Rashod Bateman, looks like it says Murray on there from my 18th pick last season

In a surprising twist...with the 20th pick, QCS and the Carolina Reapers select DB Jaycee Horn from South Carolina and the Carolina Panthers.

Then with the 21st pick, Sportsfan and the Tennessee Copperheads select WR Elijah Moore, from Ole Miss and the New York Jets

The Portland Grizzlies are on the clock.
