Just picked Texas. Are we allowed to create our stadiums? I think EnigmatiCorp would like the naming rights.

Yeah we'll have a specific round for stadiums and such after the owner draft is over.

To add on to my previous post about divisions, Division 3 has been completed. It was picked #3 (JamHeronArk, Kansas City) and last picked 17th (EnigmaJones, Texas).
