They did it! I cast my support behind the Cyclones this year and it worked out. Congrats to Dire, glad Chicago got one. That said, they won't get another because they'll go to Charlotte!

Wait, we actually won? FINALLY NO MORE PAIN AND SUFFERING! WE FINALLY CAN SAY THAT WE'RE ALTBOWL CHAMPIONS!

I also can see if the Cyclones don't win any more AltBowls than they'll be rubbing this victory in to make up for the years of constant choking.

Quite a memorable Alt-Bowl! Congrats Cyclones on doing what the Vikes couldn't. Also this was probably my favorite uniform matchup out of any Alt-Bowl.

I've been waiting for 2011 as then the Emperors get my favorite player off all time. Bring on the LaDanian Tomlinson era!

Sorry everybody for the delay. This week has been a little busy. So today you get a mega-post!

The 2011 AltFL Season

The Draft (Notable Selections)

What a great draft!

1-Michael Vick - QB - VA Tech - Steelheads
2-LaDanian Tomlinson - RB - TCU - Emperors
3-Richard Seymour - DL - Georgia - Copperheads
16-Santana Moss-WR-Miami-Destroyers
17-Steve Hutchinson-OL-Michigan-Stallions
23-Deuce McAllister-RB-Ole Miss-Bandits
30-Reggie Wayne-WR-Miami-COLTS
31-Todd Heap-TE-AZ State - Galactics
32-Drew Brees-QB-Purdue-Emperors
35-Alge Crumpler-TE-UNC-Steelheads
36-Chad Ochocinco-WR-Oregon State - Voyageurs
48-Matt Light- OL - Purdue - Copperheads
63 - Derrick Burgess-DL-Ole Miss - Scarecrows
74 - Steve Smith - WR - Utah - PANTHERS
204 - TJ Houshmandzadeh - WR - Oregon State - Voyageurs

NOTE: The KC-STL game was the infamous Tuck Rule game. WIthout it we may not have the Tom Brady that we know.

NOTE #2: The LA-TOR score is reversed on the graphic. My bad and sorry LA.

Shouldn’t be LA in the semi and not Toronto?

Unfortunately for Sabercats fans I just messed up the graphic and inverted the scores.
