IRL the Patriots have pretty much all of New England and a sliver from Northern New York, so I think the Riders might have the same.

I can't argue with a local. However, I think that this is a rough guideline, where getting a C- is still passing.

Any current NFL player is eligible to be picked right?

It is a normal fantasy league.  This weekend however we are just picking two rounds worth of rookies.

I see.

Also, are we simulating this through standard fantasy football or not? I want to know if I need to claim RBs early.

I'll send out the point scoring sometime tomorrow. I'd say RBs are still the most valuable but they will be a smaller percentage of a team's total output due to the inclusion of defensive players.  The points for offensive players will be relatively standard however.

Re: AltFL Discussion Thread

So, according to the influence map, the Beavs have control over eastern Michigan (and I assume most of Canada) and literally nowhere else. So, that’s nice.

Also, Who’s a good candidate for hosting Alt Bowl 2020?

I think the map doesn't cover Canada, but Toronto would get much of that

Re: AltFL Discussion Thread

I definitely looked it up, and Scratch has selected a college that doesn't even have a football team/facility for his training camp. They do have a soccer team and a lacrosse team, so if they accidentally start practicing football, they'd have to use those.

Though I am picturing the coaches drawing up plays for the players at Disneyland to get themselves a churro.

My hope was he’d take his training camp down the road to Emporia State. Kansas State and KU wouldn’t let it slide. But then again, I went with Mizzou, so who am I to talk? Plus he actually picked the university Mr. Fred Rogers attended and earned his degree in music. That’s been your fun fact of the day.

I learned that Rollins College was the first college in the state of Florida.

Huh, interesting. If I had gotten KC, ESU would be their report location. You’d be surprised at how nice the Flint Hills area of Kansas is.
