Second-last. Just where I wanted to be. Again.

Seeing the names in front of me at 7, I feel confident I can rule out getting Minnesota or Boston, as I don't see those getting past Section30 and Darknes, respectively. I rated all my teams, in 5 categories (City, Team Name, Colors, Logo, Jerseys) and each were weighted based on how important I felt about each category. I determined this weighting as soon as we picked cities, and ranked them after each was determined for the league. In the end, I ended with gaps between 4th and 5th, 9th and 10th, 15th and 16th, and 19th and 20th. So I ended with 5 tiers, and hopefully one of my top 4 falls to me (well, three. I still don't expect Minnesota to make it past Section30).

Feels good just not be dead-last as I was in the AltHL picking, and even better being in the Top 10.  So many teams I was happy to submit name and logo ideas (two winners and five runners-up namewise, as well as about three logo winners).

I'm keeping my top picks secret (because it's still quite fluid)...

Oooo. I can tell you that if the top 6 fall this way, Dallas wouldn't be my pick.

It was crazy hard to just narrow down my wish list to 14 teams, (since I'm picking 14th, there wasn't a point to ranking all 24 teams).  I'm still not sure if I have my choices down!  All I can bet on is that I probably won't have my top 2 choices on the board by the time I pick, but I could have any combination of most of the rest of them.

It's kinda hard to do a mock draft, so I'll just wing it.  (May or may not be lying about my pick though ).
