This would’ve been the season to do it, and it crossed my mind. However, a different young QB phenom may make the jump next season to the XFL for a year

“Kaepernick Leads Xtreme to Huge Comeback in San Antonio”
March 30, 2021
San Antonio, TX - The Commanders' defense and ground game kept the Xtreme bottled up in the first half while supplying the home team with a 21-10 half time lead, but Colin Kaepernick got into the groove in the third quarter as he ended all three Xtreme possessions in the end zone by finding Rashad Greene on the first drive and Nelson Spruce on the second drive before Kenneth Farrow finished the third quarter of scoring on the ground. JT Barrett and the Commanders on the other hand, couldn't muster much of anything in the second half while only settling for a 4th quarter Nick Rose field goal.

Not a lot of parity in the league at the moment, and my simulator definitely seems to favor the Dragons hardcore. We will see what happens.
