We held off a pesky Colts team to notch win number five on the season, and now we head to the Pacific Northwest to play the Samurai in Seattle. Team Owner Dan O'Mac, after owning the AltBA Seattle Emeralds, is familiar with the city, and is hoping that can lead to a win this week. We're in the standard road uniforms for this one, with the standard cap, navy jersey, and gray pants. We're featuring reliever Fernando Cruz, who has been good all season, and last week had 3.2 innings pitched, striking out 4 and letting off no runs on the way to a win and a pair of holds. #WeAreOK

The Pros gave us a scare, jumping out to a big lead, but the Atoms were able to claw our way back and pull out the victory. Next up on the docket is a miniature East Coast swing, and our first stop is in Florida for a matchup with the Turtles. We'll be bringing our Fields of the Future set along for the ride, marking the first time those uniforms will be worn outside of the state of Nevada (but don't worry, we're planning to wear them again at home later this season). Tampa sits at .500 on the year, but all three of their wins so far have come in interleague play, so we'll need to watch our backs in this one. If we do get a lead late, we can feel pretty confident turning the ball over to RP JoJo Romero. The lefty only pitched 2 1/3 innings against Chicago, but 5 of his 7 outs came via the K, and he picked up three holds while only allowing one earned run. #UpAndAtom

Our hot start continues, soundly defeating the Pandas and remaining as the team to beat in the AltLB. After hopping around home and away the first few weeks, we actually stay at home to welcome the playoff-seeking Minnesota Gemini to Gila River Field. They're just outside of the hunt, with the resurgent Milwaukee and Detroit squads standing in their way at the moment. We want to give the home crowd a good show, and we'll be relying on SP Jesus Luzardo, who made two impressive showings against San Diego, throwing 13.1 innings for 18 strikeouts and got 2 quality starts and 2 wins to put us over the top. #RideTheLightning
