I am but a fool. I think the home back numbers and NOB need a gold outline too. Maybe the numbers also?ย

South Africa looks good, I'm struggling to come up with something that really needs fixing. The cap logo is meh, but maybe that's just because I'm comparing it to their perfect and beautiful and amazing rugby Springbok. Maybe lighter grey on the pants and darker green? but those don't feel like *necessary* changes
ย

Here's Germany with more outlines. Made the NOB red for balance as well.

Thanks! I'm really happy with how South Africa turned out. For fun, here's the team with the Springboks logo.

SPAIN

Spain's brand doesn't particularly impress me when it comes to baseball. The bubbly text is odd and ?I wanted to go a different direction with the team. Obviously, the whole thing is heavily inspired by the Chicago White Sox's "Batterman" jerseys, with the large stripe taking inspiration from the Spanish flag. I went with a blackletter-style font for the wordmark, calling to mind Spain's royalty. I went with a more gold-heavy set to separate the team from the other red-and-gold team that failed to qualify, China.ย

Re: World Baseball Softball Confederation by Sky

I have to confess that I haven't been truthful with how many teams I've made. What originally started as a 20-team concept series became 24-team, then 36-team, and has ballooned to include all 85 ranked nations in the World Baseball Softball Confederation. If a nation is ranked in Men's Baseball as of the December 31st 2025 rankings, they have been included. That's why each team mentions their ranking.ย

I've learned so much about every nation I covered and I'm so excited to share with you all. From now on, every team will be posted in a random order until I've posted all 85. I began on this project basically as soon as I finished my NPB concept series and to finally reveal the full scheme is very exciting for me. Please continue to enjoy!ย

MALAYSIA

Malaysia is one of the newer faces to the baseball scene but they have a unique brand that I was happy to translate to baseball. My set is inspired by Malaysia's Baseball5 jerseys, including the dropshadowed wordmark and contrasting sleeves. (Baseball5, by the way, is a smaller version of baseball played indoors without bats, as batters hit the ball with their bare hands.) We'll end up seeing quite a few navy and gold teams, but Malaysia's red piping helps the team stand out.

The Malaysia wordmark is so fun, I really like how that red pops on the navy and gold.

Thanks! Me too. I like the contrast between the dropshadow on the home and the lack of white on the road.

PALESTINE

Palestine's baseball team has overcome incredible odds to become one of the powerhouses of West Asia, culminating in an amazing extra-innings win to clinch the West Asia Baseball Cup. Founded by a group of Palestinian-Americans, the team is now a beacon for the nation in a time of crisis. My set is largely inspired by what the team wears now, but I've returned the extra black to the set. One thing I have kept is their excellent cap logo, cleverly incorporating the Palestinian flag into the empty space of the P.ย

So surreal to see Malaysia being here in this forum, and in a form of a baseball jersey concept. I will say though, I agree with what Darknes said. Can't go wrong with navy blue and gold, with a bit of red to differentiate between other blue and gold teams if only by a bit.

I was thinking about if it's possible for you to add in some form of tiger stripes to tie in the Harimau Malaya image, but then I realized it would make the jerseys busier and guadier than leaving it plain.

Thanks! I've mocked up a version with tiger stripes on the sleeves. It looks a lot better than I expected!

ROMANIA

Romania's real-life baseball set isn't particularly inspiring, which is a common theme for nations ranked lower on the charts. Instead, I looked toย this newer baseball set that I certainly wouldn't callย goodย but it has a direction to go off of. I kept the pinstripes and script but went red-forward with a small amount of blue to distinguish the team from other red and yellow sets. The pins are blue on the home and in a rare case I've included yellow pins on the road. I tried to put them on the gray pants as well but I felt the team looked better without them.ย
