Following Round 1, here's the updated bracket. Saturday will see Southern Colorado against UF-Orlando and Hawaii State against Johns Island. Sunday will feature Minnesota A&M versus St. Brendan's and Buffalo State taking on Deschutes.

Following Round 2, we are down to our Final Four: Southern Colorado, Minnesota A&M, Hawaii State, and Deschutes!
Meanwhile, the hockey brackets just were released, as Deschutes claimed the top seed. Also earning first round byes are two seed Hershey, three seed St. Laurent, four seed Chicago Tech, and five seed Twin Cities. So our three first round matchups are six seed Wisconsin State taking on eleven seed Wichita A&M, seven seed Buffalo State taking on ten seed St. Brendan's, and eight seed Southern Colorado taking on nine seed Massachusetts Commonwealth.

Tonight we resume the Basketball tournament with the Final Four, as top seeded Southern Colorado (Duke) takes on fifth seeded Deschutes (St. John's). That will be followed by second seeded Minnesota A&M (UConn) taking on third seeded Hawaii State (Michigan State).
Meanwhile, the Hockey tournament kicked off the opening round yesterday with two big upsets, as tenth seeded St. Brendan's (Quinnipiac) upset seventh seeded Buffalo State (Providence) and eleventh seeded Wichita A&M (Wisconsin) upset sixth seeded Wisconsin State (Dartmouth). Tonight, eighth seeded Southern Colorado (Minnesota Duluth) takes on ninth seeded Massachusetts Commonwealth (Penn State).

And the Basketball championship was decided, as top seeded Southern Colorado took a 19 point lead into halftime, but Minnesota A&M made the comeback to claim the 2026 AltCAA Basketball Championship!
Meanwhile in AltCAA Hockey, we are down to the Frozen Four. Although Southern Colorado was able to close out the first round with a win over Massachusetts Commonwealth, but couldn't get past top seeded Deschutes in the second round. Second seeded Hershey knocked off St. Brendan's to get into the Frozen Four. Then there were the upsets. Not a huge upset, but 5th seed Twin Cities knocked off 4th seeded Chicago Tech. And the biggest upset saw the final seed, number 11, Wichita A&M upset 3rd seeded St. Laurent. With the Semifinals on April 9th we'll see Deschutes (Michigan) taking on Twin Cities (Denver) and Hershey (North Dakota) taking on Wichita A&M (Wisconsin).
