The Bison scored a huge victory on the season, as not only did we remain undefeated, but we knocked off the only other undefeated team in the league in Detroit. We're not getting any easier this week though, as we head to Las Vegas to take on the defending champion Atoms. We're keeping the tradition alive, as we're donning the Fields of the Future jerseys for our game with the Atoms. We're featuring star outfielder Pete Crow-Armstrong, who has done a great job breaking out as a superstar for the Bison. #WeAreOK

The Blackbirds faced us in a nail-biter, but ultimately we were able to finish out on top for another win. We're technically still in first in the CL, but San Diego still is tied with us for the lead. We stay on the road to play former AL rival Minnesota, who have not started out the season like they wanted to. Featured for this week is SP Andrew Abbott, who threw for 11 innings for 12 strikeouts, a quality start and a win, while only letting up a single earned run. #Thunderstruck

The Atoms tried our best to make it interesting at the end, but couldn't overcome a slow start against OKC. Luckily, that must be as difficult as our schedule gets; surely, we won't have to face any other teams we played in the World Ser- oh, crabapples. Well, let's hope our game in Detroit goes a little bit better. The Deacons, like the Atoms, are 06-02 and coming off a loss, and they'll be looking to keep up with the AL-leading Bison. For our part, we'll send out SP Bailey Falter in the road grays to represent Las Vegas. In a huge blow for nominative determinism, Falter was one of the few pitchers who was effective against the Bison bats, hurling 12 2/3 and striking out 06 while only allowing 02 earned runs. #GoldBars

We got out to a white-hot start to begin the week, but the Gemini wanted to make things interesting as we end up pulling away late for the win. We return home to play the Montreal Saints for the first time in a while, and though the Saints are building for the long-term doesn't mean we should take them lightly. Featured for this week is surprisingly one of our best pitchers this year in Robbie Ray, who essentially missed all of 2023 and had a rocky 2024. He's been pitching excellently so far, striking out 14 over 13 innings pitched last week for 2 quality starts and a win while only allowing a single earned run. #Thunderstruck

The Bison held onto the win, despite a late comeback attempt by the Atoms, to remain undefeated at 8-0. We remain out on the road, as we head to the home of everyone to take on the Chicago Pros. We are going to be in the traditional khaki roads, and feature third baseman Isaac Paredes, who went 11 for 30 against the Atoms, with 6 singles, 1 double, and 4 home runs, totaling 7 runs and 7 RBI, adding a walk and a hit by pitch for funsies. #WeAreOK
