The Kahunas broke a two game losing streak by grounding the Charlotte Flyers. We look to keep the momentum up as we welcome the Boston Schooners to Hawaiian Airlines Arena. There's rain in the forecast, so the roof will be closed for this one. We're in the fan favorite pineapple jerseys for this one. Following his strong performance last week, we're highlighting veteran forward Draymond Green. #TheBigKahunas

Depending on how you look at it, the Invaders picked a bad week to get really injured, or we picked a good week to get really injured, given how well the Marshals were playing. We'll look to get our season back on track yet again as we head out to Honolulu for our second matchup against the Kahunas. Who knows, if we play poorly again, we might just hang out here for the rest of the season. Earning the top spot this week was G Andrew Nembhard, who scored 45 points along with 17 rebounds and 17 assists against KC.

The 'hunas picked up another win as we sank the Schooners here in Hawaii. Next up is our home game against The Querq, as the Invaders come to Hawaii. It'll be 79 and mostly sunny for this one, so the roof will be open as we look to complete the season sweep. It worked for us last time, so we'll be in the pineapple set against the Invaders again. Featured for the Kahunas will be guard/forward Shaedon Sharpe, who has been throwing down so huge dunks this season while being a key contributor for us. #TheBigKahunas

It was a tight game the whole way through, but ultimately, the Invaders couldn't quite hang (ten) with the Kahunas. We've dropped back below .500 and are now four full games out of the playoffs, so our title defense isn't going great. Fortunately, we get a bit of a lighter load this week, as we visit the 1-12 Charlotte Flyers. Our top player in Honolulu was G/F Devin Vassell, with 88 points, 16 rebounds, and 14 assists. #GoldStar

We squeaked out a close, back-and-forth battle with the Invaders, and remain undefeated against the Invaders in the pineapple set this season, sweeping them. This week we head to the east coast, as we take on the Philadelphia Gladiators. The Glads are coming off a loss last week, and, as a result, the winner of our matchup will move into the third spot in the overall standings. We'd like to be in that spot, and will need to extend our 3 game winning streak to 4 to do so. For the first time this season, we're highlighting a player for a second time, as DeMar DeRozan is continuing to be a consistently high performer for us this season. #TheBigKahunas

The Invaders picked up a win in Charlotte to move back to .500. We now get another road game against a bottom-feeder, as our next stop is Minnesota. The Giants have struggled this season, as last time we played them, they were in the midst of an eight-game losing streak, but with the Invaders roster as depleted as it is, who's to say what could happen. On a related note, we're bringing our feature back to the top of the lineup, with G/F Jaylen Brown getting his second of the season. Brown scored 81 with 22 rebounds and 17 dimes against the Flyers. #GoldStar

Following a big win over the Gladiators, the Kahunas have moved to 11-3 on the season and are now in the 3rd spot in the standings. There's no time to rest though, as we're still working to ensure that we're going to be in the playoffs. Next is back at home, and with rain in the forecast, we'll have the roof closed for our matchup with the Mustangs as we wear the yellow main uniforms. Featured for this one is guard Donovan Mitchell! #TheBigKahunas

Following the win over the Mustangs, the 'hunas are now sitting pretty, sitting in the third spot in the league, 3 games up on the first team out of the playoffs with 7 left to play. We don't want to let up though, as we're only 1 back on the second place Marshals and 2 back on the first place Sentinels, and we'd love some playoff basketball on the beach. We have games against both of them remaining on the schedule, so we just need to take care of all our business and let what happens happen. But we can't look past our current opponents, the Vancouver Caribou. They're coming in on a 4 game winning stream and are only one game back on Philadelphia for the final playoff spot, so they need to keep winning to potentially move into that spot. They'll start that under the sun, as it's supposed to be 80° F (27° C for them) and mostly sunny, so we'll have the roof open for this one and the pineapple jerseys on. Featured this week is guard D'Angelo Russell, who has taken a step back from last season, but is still a consistent producer for the team. #TheBigKahunas

The Invaders narrowly pulled out a win over Minnesota, bringing us back over .500, and if you can believe it, only two games out of the playoffs. We've gotta keep the wins coming if we want to get past both Vancouver and Philly. Luckily for us, we're returning to the Querq after a three-game road trip, and we host the Washington Warbirds. Washington has been slipping down the standings as of late, as they're on a 5-game losing stream - and we sure don't want to be the ones to end it. This week, we're finally returning to the turquoise jerseys, and on them, you'll find the name of F/C Kel'el Ware. The big rookie has been a stud as of late, and dropped 30 points against the Giants while hauling in 26 rebounds. #GoldStar

Albuquerque picked up a dominant win over the Warbirds to stay in the playoff hunt. A big reason for the big win was a big game from our big man, as C Joel Embiid finally returned from injury. Embiid posted a triple double against Washington, with 79 points, 30 rebounds, and 22 assists. The Invaders will look to keep up that winning streak - and stay healthy - as we head out to Boston, where the Schooners have been struggling as of late. Oh, and the turquoise jerseys are back for a second straight game. #GoldStar
