San Diego finally got that first win, and what a win it was—destroying (pun definitely intended) the Carolina Reapers in Charlotte! But now, it's back to business as we return home for Week 10 to face the Tennessee Copperheads, the only team left with a perfect record and the only team to score more points than us last week. It’s a tough test, but we’re ready. We’ll be rocking our Navy-Navy-Grey combo this week as we look to build on that momentum and take down the league’s top team. Our featured player this week is defensive lineman Vita Vea, who was a monster in the win, with two sacks, three assisted tackles, and seven solo tackles. #KingsintheWest

The Stallions' offense could not get anything going last week, allowing us to get the win and extend our lead over the division to two games. We have a bit of a cushion entering a pretty rough 2 game road stretch, beginning with the taking on the Copperheads. They have been the team to beat all season, just barely avoiding their first loss against the Destroyers last week. We'll need to bring our A-game for this week, which includes a defensive unit that has been carrying us lately. Speaking of that, featured for this week is DB Kenny Moore, who picked off Stallions QB Tua Tagovailoa as well as adding 7 total tackles and 2 pass deflections. #BlownAway #WAFC

Following the big win over the Brawlers to notch our first division win of the season, we head back out on the road to Seattle to take on the Steelheads. It may be a revenge game both ways, as former Steelhead Terry McLaurin is lining up for the Emperors, and former Emperor Nick Bosa will be chasing Jalen Hurts. Speaking of Jalen Hurts, another huge performance from him definitely helped us take down the Brawlers, so we'll feature him again. As we're on the road, we'll be in the yellow helmet, white jersey, and white pants. Subject to change based on the Steelheads, of course. #GothamKnights

The Steelheads aren't doing anything to mess with New York's plans, as we're breaking out the standard teal home uniforms for our fourth of five consecutive matchups against the East Division. We got our first win of that stretch last week against the Reapers, and we've still got two of the toughest matchups to look forward to. In fact, the three teams above us in the standings, the Emperors, Bolts, and Copperheads, just so happen to be our next three opponents on the schedule. For now, though, we just have to worry about Jalen Hurts & co., who put up a huge game against Philly last week. To try and stem the tide, we'll turn to our second straight linebacker feature, the one and only Nick Bolton, whose six total tackles against Carolina included his first sack of the year. #TipTheScales

The Destroyers fought hard but came up just 3 points short of handing the Copperheads their first loss of the season. With our record at 1-9, our playoff hopes are officially dashed—a far cry from last year’s division-winning squad. There’s still pride to play for, and the journey continues as we welcome the defending champion Dallas Bandits to San Diego for game two of the homestand. The Bandits knocked us out in the first round on their way to the title last year, and we’ve got a score to settle. Dallas rolls in at 7-3, but we’re ready to play spoiler in our complete navy kits: navy helmets, navy jerseys, and navy pants. Our featured player this week is defensive back Alontae Taylor, who was a beast in last week’s heartbreaker with seven solo tackles and two assisted tackles. #KingsintheWest

Oops! Social media team was asleep the last 2 weeks, so its time to hit lightspeed and catch on up.
Week 10
As we headed to Arizona, we would wear white jerseys with purple every thing else. LB Azeez Al-Shaair sat in as our starter for the week and so here is a live look as how he did!

Week 11
As for this week, the Galactics are heading north to Kentucky to take on the Stallions. This week, we are rolling with all-white with orange socks. LB EJ Speed has been a workhorse this season so he is featured after getting his first career interception last week.

With three weeks remaining following Week 11, Tennessee has officially won the South Division, as they are currently three games up on Dallas with three to go, and holding the tiebreaker!
Buffalo will win the East with a win OR a New York loss. Buffalo is currently up 2 games on New York and holds the tiebreaker. HOWEVER, Boston is still technically alive in the playoff hunt, but would need Buffalo to lose out, and have New York win over Kansas City in week 12 and St. Louis in week 13, THEN Boston would have to beat New York in week 14 to set up a 3-way tie, setting up a points based tiebreaker.
Chicago will win the Central with a win OR a loss by either Kentucky or Kansas City. Chicago can only lose the division if they lose out and both Kentucky and Kansas City win out and then lose the points tiebreaker.
The West currently has Seattle 1 game up on Utah and 2 games up on Portland. Seattle can win the division with a win AND a loss by both Portland and Utah, as that will put Seattle up 2 games on Utah with 2 to play and holding the head-to-head tiebreaker.
On the flip side, 6 teams have been eliminated from the playoffs: Arizona, Carolina, Los Angeles, Minnesota, San Antonio, and San Diego.
