2033-34 SEASON
JANUARY
EXPANSION TEAMS ANNOUNCED
After tallying the votes given by the expansion council, Commissioner Dan Gaudreau proudly announced which cities will be joining the league for its tenth anniversary in 2034.
Montreal, Quebec
New Orleans, Louisiana
Phoenix, Arizona
St. Louis, Missouri
Gaudreau also mentioned an impending divisional realignment for next season, to accommodate the expansion to 24 teams.
HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MONTH
*In a year where no-hitters have been cropping up like fast food restaurants, Boston's Jerry Hudock is the latest to achieve one with his 3-0 win over Toronto.
*Not long afterwards, Jerry's teammate Chris Page got one as well, also over Toronto. This time, the score was 2-0.
*Mario Borras keeps dominating, getting his 1500th homer against Las Vegas at Toyota Center. Many are calling him "The Gretzky of 200Ball", but the question remains as to whether he can finally get a ring playing with the Houston Comets.
2034 ALL-STAR WEEKEND
The 2034 UBL All-Star Game and Home Run Derby were held at the Toyota Center in Houston, Texas, home of the Houston Comets.
*Native Houstonian fans were pleased to see the Comets' own Bradley Smith win the Home Run Derby, beating out Tony Puebla 13-12
*The young right fielder also had a great All-Star Game, as Smith was also named All-Star Game MVP in the Western Conference's win over the Eastern Conference.

I mean, according to the in-game news report on his injury, he cracked a molar on the bagel... not sure how that translates to season-ending injury, but whatever.
