Things have been going poorly for the Invaders, and all of a sudden, we're on a 2-game losing streak. Albuquerque went into Baltimore and got rocked, as the Lancers chose violence and we couldn't keep up without star center Joel Embiid, falling to 4-2. It's not where we want to be, but it could be a whole lot worse. We'll look to get back on the right track as we continue our East Coast swing up to Boston. We're still in the standard maroon roads as we take on the Schooners, and leading the charge is G Terry Rozier, who led the Querq with 71 points to go along with 25 assists.

The Emeralds got back into the win column, putting up a good week to take down the Flyers. We're still at home this week, as we host former Pacific Division rivals, the Los Angeles Olympians. We're looking for win number 5 on the season, and will do so for the first time this season in the 57 Facets jerseys. We're featuring last week's top scorer, Trae Young! #ACutAboveTheRest

Man, we gotta stop playing teams that are looking for revenge in a blood feud. Boston came out and dropped all sorts of points on us, and that's dropped us straight from 4-0 to 4-3. Who do we play this week? Seattle? Yeah, we're probably screwed. As we look to push the reset button and get back to winning, we're bringing our feature back to C Joel Embiid, who (as long as he's healthy, which he *knocks on wood* currently is) has been far and away our best player, scoring 88 points and pulling in 27 rebounds last week.

Coming off a win over rival Los Angeles, the Emeralds will head to The Querq to take on the Invaders. The Emeralds look to contain their star center, Joel Embiid, and look to our guards to #MakeItRain, as we highlight top scorer from last week, Donovan Mitchell. We'll be in the standard road Evergreens for this one. #ACutAboveTheRest

The bad news is that, yet again, the Invaders game featured a team that outscored every other team by about 2,000 points. The good news is that this time, that team was the Invaders. We're officially back on the right track, and we now get a matchup against our big rivals from LA. The Lymps are off to a struggling start, sitting at just 2-6, so they'll be extra hungry to knock ABQ back down a peg. G/F Devin Vassell stood out last week, with 76 points and 19 rebounds, and his name is on the turquoise jerseys as we break them out for the first time in four games.

You know what, I don't enjoy getting absolutely destroyed, despite scoring a lot of points, but here we are. So I'm going to move past last week, and onto this week where we're going to go up against our big rivals, Vancouver. The Caribou are a good team, and we hope to knock them down. We're going to wear the Evergreen set this week, and we're featuring Caribou legend Trae Young! #ACutAboveTheRest

Man, that one is tough to swallow. After leading for most of the game, the Olympians took the lead late and stole the win, bringing the Invaders back down to just one game over .500. We'll have to dwell on that as we head home for a single game against Louisville, who have also been punching above their record recently, in part due to the return of Ja Morant. As the Invaders look to bounce back and hang with the top of the standings, we'll be highlighting our oldest player, G Chris Paul. CP4 led the team last week with an astonishing 33 assists, nearly double the second-highest total.

After knocking off our rival Caribou, we head back to Seattle to host Baltimore. The Lancers come in playing some really good basketball, and we look to slow them down and get another win to maintain our spot atop the Western Conference. We're in the alternate 57 Facet set this week, and featuring last week's top scorer, Trae Young. #ACutAboveTheRest

We were simply outclassed by the Lancers last week, and took a huge loss. We're going to try and get back into the win column as we head to New York City to ring in the New Year with the New York Sentinels. The Sentinels have been scoring points well all season, so we're hoping that we get some players back to full health and pick up the big win. We're going to be in the standard Evergreen set, with our featured player being star guard Trae Young! #ACutAboveTheRest

Despite a late injury keeping star C Joel Embiid out of the game entirely, the Invaders managed to take down the Spirits and stay above .500. We've proven we can get it done without Joel, but we've confirmed that he'll be available to start our next game over in the Big Easy, so we're feeling pretty good. Of course, the Revs are not a team to be taken lightly, especially with whichever Stickman is at the helm these days. The Invader at the helm this week was F Bojan Bogdanović, who helped take on a lot of the big man minutes in Embiid's absence last week, and will certainly carry a big role going forward as well. We haven't broken out the standard away unis recently, so we're in maroon this week.
