After taking down the Schooners in convincing fashion, the best team in the West returns home to face off against the best team in the East: the New York Sentinels. Both teams are riding long win streaks - four for the Sents, eight for the Querq - but one of them has to end this week. Ow. The Invaders got beat up last week, both on the scoreboard and on the injury report. With many of our top players missing time last week, we simply couldn't keep up with a strong Sentinels attack, and as such, our eight-game winning streak has come to a close. To boot, while we still own the top spot in the AltBA, it's only thanks to a tiebreaker over our division rivals in Kansas City. With a strong New Orleans outfit coming to town, we'll need to get healthier in order to start up a new streak. With our winning streak over, we're ditching the alternates (at least for now), wearing the white homes, modeled by G/F Max Strus. #OutOfThisWorld #QuerqBoys #NOvsABQ

The Invaders were really hoping to turn things around last week, but unfortunately, we kept invading the injury report. Thanks to that loss and some absolute chaos elsewhere, we now find ourselves in a seven-way tie for the best record in the league and worse, are second in the Western Conference. We now have to go on the road, but luckily, we don't have to go too far, as we head up to Denver to face a Mountaineers team that's been struggling all year. Hopefully we'll start to get back to full strength this week, and until that happens, players like G/F Hamidou Diallo will continue to help shoulder the load. #OutOfThisWorld #QuerqBoys #ABQvsDEN

Battling through injuries, the Emeralds just didn't have enough to hang with the Caribou and took a loss, tightening up that race for the West Division title. This week we start a 4 game road trip to close out the season, as we head across the country to noted Mid-Atlantic/Midwest/Maritime Province of Maryland to take on the Baltimore Lancers. The Lancers are riding a four game win streak, and the Lancers look to put a stop to that. We're wearing the Evergreen set this week, shown off by last week's top scorer, Trae Young.

hey so I just noticed that the trade deadline for the altba is on march 1 which is during the first week of the playoffs. I know we're already heading toward the end of the season pretty soon here but I kinda feel like we should move that up a couple weeks (and maybe also move the althl trade deadline a bit while we're at it). what do y'all think
