Not saying it's likely, but by my math (based on a lot of QCS's math - thanks as always) couldn't we theoretically end up with 16 bowl-eligible teams? Is there a plan if that does happen?
Yeah it's possible. We could always design an extra game just in case. The process will stay the same.

Just sent my ideas. Where did the time go? Here's hoping I learn more about these schools and fanbases.

The penultimate rankings for the year are now here! The top 4 in the DPR remain the same as Calvert remains on top for the 4th week in a row, making them having the longest reign on top this year. Southern Colorado drops out of the top 5 down to 8th after a game they should have lost to any other team not named UC-Orange. Saint Laurent is the only new team in the top 10, taking Yellowstone's spot as the Moose drop to 11th. There was some shuffling between the 11-15 spots, but the bottom 4 also remaining the same.
With Nouvelle France's upset loss forcing them out of the top spot, it was between Minnesota A&M and Calvert that split the vote for the #1 spot, but the Threshers had more points overall and claimed the top spot in this week's coaches poll. Just like with the DPR, St. Laurent entered the top 10, replacing the other Gritty-led team in Penn Commonwealth. Nouvelle France had the biggest fall by far in the coaches poll, dropping to 7th and not receiving a single first-place vote.

Welcome to Bowl Season
For our first bowl we head to Nashville, Tennessee for the Whiskey Bowl. The Whiskey Bowl is the newest of our major bowl games. The Whiskey Bowl was decided upon by the athletic directors of the newly formed Southern V Conference. The Johns Island Angels were the most consistent team of the season...running to an 8-2 record and a Southern V Championship. The Angels were led by quarterback KJ Jefferson. They will take on the Big Blue of the Commonwealth. The Commonwealth finished with a 6-4 record and fell .2 points short of a conference title. The Big Blue finished the season with a 192 point performance. They hope to keep it up in the first round of the playoffs.
Next we head to Kansas City for the Harvest Bowl. This game will feature two HAC rivals, Minnesota A&M and Riel. Riel won their first matchup in an absolute barnburner 168 - 150. Then in week 6, the Threshers got their revenge with another high scoring matchup. This rubber match will be to reach the FINAL FOUR.
From there we head west to the desert for the Avocado Bowl will feature the champions of the west, the Yellowstone Moose and the Wisconsin State Wolf Pack. The Moose were basement dwellers after the first few weeks of the season. They then sparked a hot streak that led to a final 7-1 conference record. One of their losses was in Week 9 to the Wisconsin State Wolf Pack who fell just short of a highly competitive Heartland Conference. This rematch will be a fun one in Arizona.
The St. Laurent Patriotes will head south of the border to Washington DC for the Heritage Bowl. The Patriotes ended on a winning streak and they will look to keep it going against the Musketeers. The Musketeers were one of the nation's most formidable teams for much of the season. But in the back half Nouvelle France found themselves slipping down the rankings. This 4-5 matchup will be a fun one!
The Minor Bowl Games:
Now we need to take care of some business:
-Vote for our future bowl games here - VOTING
-Our vote will be ranking each potential bowl game on a scale of 1-5. The second part of the form includes all of the cities suggested for the Semi Finals / National Championship. I will reveal the winners tomorrow (Monday). Despite only needing one game this year we will design three games.
Bowl Game Uniforms
For your bowl game uniforms, work it out with your opponent...the higher seed is the home team. That includes Ohio A&M and Bermuda. If you are mocking up your uniforms and want to include your bowl game logo as a patch access them here.

Looks like the Heritage Bowl is now the French Heritage Bowl. It feels great to win the conference when I was projected to finish last.

We're heading out to Phoenix (?), definitely Arizona, for the Avocado Bowl. We're getting a second matchup against Yellowstone, and we're getting to wear the road uniforms again. Featured this week is freshman quarterback, Drake Maye!

I can only assume the the host of the Los Angeles game is Corporate Bank Arena, with it's rotating floor, and basketball arena stacked on top.
And Miami's is on the Hammerheads' maritime stadium.
