The Pro Football Organization has existed since 1927 (2007 in my head), but due to financial difficulties (my inability to organize the ideas floating in my head), they've never had stability. But on September 23rd, 1977; the expansion Tampa Bay Typhoon will take the field, hopefully ending the PFO's long journey for a 12th franchise.
Below are the Typhoon's Uniforms, Helmet, and logo.

Tampa Bay will be playing in the Central Division of the 12-team league, along side the most famous franchise in all of sports, the Chicago Hounds.
The Hounds have been around since 1925, reaching nationwide acclaim immediately when they outbid (and effectively killed) the NFL's Chicago Bears for Illinois superstar Red Grange. Since joining the PFO as an inaugural member back in 1927, the Hounds have dominated the league, winning over half of the league's championships (and 5 of the 7 in the 70s). The team was named in honor of original owner Rupert Conklin's beloved childhood pet, Rufus the basset hound.
Below is the helmet & uniform. The logo is from Hound Labs:

The Kansas City Fire Lions were started up in 1940 as the Philadelphia Blue Birds., but after a major financial squeeze in 1958, the original owners had to sell the team to Heisenberg Beer Co in Kansas City, MO, and the team moved to the Show Me state 3 years later, with the first astro-turf stadium (Heisenberg Stadium) ever. However, the Fire Lions have yet to win the Western Conference, and time is running out on the current core led by 33-year old HB Ralph Curtis.
Here is where I got the Fire Lions logo from: are another member of them new Central Division alongside Tampa Bay & Chicago

Consider me interested. I feel this is unique from other threads here as this feels like a dynasty type of thread instead of a regular league wide focus thread.
