I mean man has been their kicker for 15 seasons now. Though yeah, most kickers don't get drafted since it isn't usually a pressing need across the league for the most part (in fact only 1 kicker has been drafted since 1959). Teams' kickers tend to be fairly consistent for a long time (tho I intend to change that a bit and create some more opportunities for change in the coming seasons).
