Since i started this i’ll Go first
The John Paxson shot in 93. First sporting event I cried over. Worst birthday ever
The Suns choking against the Rockets in 94 and 95
1999 NLDS where the Mets beat the D-Backs on a walk off home run to end the series
Every single season the Coyotes have ever played.
UA men’s basketball since 1997
Super Bowl 43. Screw you Santonio Holmes!
2014 PAC-12 championship where Oregon knocked the crap out of Zona. I was actually there.
Personal: In high school. I played Basketball. I was ok likely not going to a D1 if I kept playing the way i did. Our team was bad. But in our last game of the year, we played the best team in our league. With my team down 2, I put up a shot at the buzzer, and it went in! I (and almost everyone in the gymnasium) thought it was a 3 to win the game. But the ref said it was a 2, only good enough to tie the game. I was so irate. I was screaming and cussing at the ref which got me ejected from the game. I quit afterward. Btw our team still lost the game! Btw that was in 2006
Yeah my life has been pretty tough. What are some of your worst sports moments?

Packer fan here:
- 4th and 26 against the Eagles. (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/4th_and_26#The_play)
- Onside kick debacle against the Seahawks (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2014%E2%80%9315_NFL_playoffs#NFC_Championship_Game:_Seattle_Seahawks_28,_Green_Bay_Packers_22_(OT))

As a Cubs fan:
Bartman (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Bartman_incident) - in retrospect, I'm not angry with him. In the moment, I was crushed.

I half expected you to put the 97 national championship between Kentucky and Zona where the Tucson, Arizona based school (any my alma mater) won in OT

Well I'm fairly young in the sports scene, so most of those are just in recent memory:

As a Bears fan:
2010: Having a real chance to make the Super Bowl (since in recent years it only happens like once every 5 years or something like that), only to be destroyed by injuries against the Packers
2013: Choking away the NFC North in the last two weeks, and to lose in dramatic fashion to the Packers
2018: The Double Doink. Need I say more? (Parkey was very inconsistent throughout the season, but missing it here was even more heartbreaking. A near-Super Bowl caliber team losing in the worst way possible)
And of course, after each of these seasons they were mediocre to add salt into the wound.

As a Cubs fan:
2018: Losing two one-and-done games did them in, as the Monkey's Paw is kicking in at this point becoming, you guessed it, mediocre and missing the playoffs (they did win a World Series, so that's enough success for them I guess?)

And since I'm getting back into watching NASCAR, here's two more heartbreakers:
2009 Spring Talladega: This was the year after I started watching it as a kid, and found that my favorite driver was Carl Edwards because he did a backflip everytime he won. Anyway, Keselowski turning him and flying into the catchfence was my first true sports heartbreak. The words "Brad Keselowski won this race" still haunt me to this day
2016 Homestead: 10 more laps and Edwards could've been a champion. That restart was awful, and adding to that he retired while in his prime after the race.

Edit: Added NASCAR stuff since I forgot about that

As a Panthers fan, Super Bowl 50 as well as anytime I have to see Peyton Manning's stupid face in Nationwide commercials (as well as the day we released Cam after doing him dirty for 2 and a half years). As a Hornets fan, pretty much anytime since 2004, but specifically losing Kemba because we lowballed our best player ever then traded for a worse Kemba while paying him like $25 mil a year or whatever because this team has no direction and MJ refuses to rebuild.

Let’s see...

NHL: Preds losing the Cup Final, it was just heartbreaking all around to watch.
NASCAR: Spingate, thought it was Martin Truex Jr’s career death (luckily I was very wrong).
NFL: Leveon and Antonio being, well, Leveon and Antonio.
MLB: 2019 Red Sox, just, 2019 Red Sox.
NBA: KD becoming a snake.
NCAAF: Kansas State’s Ron Prince era. Just, wow...
NCAAB: Vanvleet and Baker graduating. I knew it was gonna hurt.
EPL: Unai Emery’s Arsenal Tenure.

Charlotte Racers (2016 AltHL Champions) St. Louis Explorers (2000 & 2011 AltBowl Champions) Minnesota Giants (2000, 2004, 2006 & 2014 AltBA Champions)

Everything after Game 3 of the 2016 NHL Stanley Cup Finals. Can’t listen to “Don’t Let Me Down” by the Chainsmokers without getting severely upset. (It was that year’s overplayed promo song)

That Badger over Wildcat win was one of my favorite games I've watched. Though I can totally understand why it would've been tough to lose.

I think being a Minnesota Vikings fan is self-explanatory
2015 NFC Wildcard Vs. Seattle...Blair Walsh... 27-yards man...How did he miss?
2016 - Losing Teddy Bridgewater, then Starting 5-0 with Bradford before finishing 8-8
2017 NFC Championship Vs. Eagles... - Just a disappointment

Winnipeg Jets
2018 Western Conference Finals Vs. Vegas - losing 4 straight
2019 Round 1 Vs. St. Louis - Game 5 Specifically - Blowing 2-0 lead in 3rd

Winnipeg Blue Bombers
Every year... well until last year!
But also 2019 Week 15...Vs. MTL..dear lord - Blowing a 35-10 lead
