With a big win over the Loons, the 48ers are in charge of their own destiny. We are in the playoffs for the second time in franchise history, and are in contention for our first ever American Conference title. To get there, we just need to beat the rival Ghosts at home. So we'll be giving away gold T-shirts as we look to turn Manpower Arena gold as we close out the regular season. And since we're trying to turn the arena gold, we'll also be in gold. We're featuring rookie forward Marco Kasper, who is looking like a future star for the 48ers. #ThePeoplesTeam

Thanks to a win over the Ottawa Guardians, the Edmonton Wildcats have clinched the #1 seed in our first-ever trip to the playoffs. We don't have anything to play for in this game, but our opponents, the Québec Owls, certainly do, as they're jockeying for position amongst the remaining playoff teams. We may not be giving our all this week, but we're not about to let a division rival just walk through us and pick up an easy win, either. Featured for the second time this season is D Brandon Montour, who scored 3 goals and 3 assists, including the fastest game-winning goal in AltHL history at just four seconds. #WhatTeam #ClawsUp

It's time for playoff hockey! In the past, the Edmonton Wildcats have spent this time of year snorting cocaine while riding a motorcycle out of a helicopter, but this year, we're the first overall seed! That of course means the road to the Alt Cup will run through the Hard Hat here in Edmonton, and the first team to join us here is a familiar opponent. We just played (and beat) Ottawa two weeks ago, but everything changes once the playoffs start. One thing we hope doesn't change is the play of star C Jack Eichel, who racked up points this year, with 22 goals and a whopping 63 assists on the regular season. #WhatTeam #ClawsUp

It's playoff time, and the Milwaukee 48ers are making their second trip to the playoffs. We couldn't pick up the win and win the American Conference last week, but we're still hosting playoff hockey at Manpower Arena as the Halifax Kingfishers coming to town. We'll be in the gold uniforms this week, and look to nab the first playoff win in franchise history. Featured is goalie Logan Thompson, who's been a stalwart in the crease for us this season. #ThePeoplesTeam

The Wildcats picked up their first-ever playoff win in dominant fashion over the Ottawa Guardians. As a reward, we get to host the red-hot Winnipeg Arrows, who are coming off an even more impressive win of their own against Calgary. It'll be a tough battle as we look to make the Alt Cup Finals, but we think we're up to the task. This week, we're spotlighting our second-best player this season, D John Carlson. The Massachusetts native only scored 5 goals this season, but racked up 41 helpers and a team-leading 116 blocks. #WhatTeam #ClawsUp

We hosted our first playoff game, and despite a very tough matchup, we knocked off the Kingfishers for our first playoff win. Now we take a short trip to the Twin Cities as we look to beat our rival Loons in the Semifinals. We split with the Loons in the regular season, with each of us winning on the road. And look at that, the People's Team is on the road for this one. We are going to be in the ivory sweaters in this one and featuring 22-year old defenseman Simon Edvinsson. #ThePeoplesTeam
