After a rough loss in Portland, dropping us to 0-5, the Destroyers are back home for Week 6, ready to take on the Boston Nightriders, who aren't faring much better with a three-game losing streak of their own. We'll be rocking our navy helmets, navy jerseys, and grey pants this week as we try to snap out of this slump and finally get in the win column. This week's featured player is wide receiver Tee Higgins, who balled out last game with 83 yards receiving and two touchdowns despite the loss. #KingsintheWest

In a rare moment of offensive prowess, the Cyclones easily took care of the Reapers and we are now stand at 3-2 and are just a single game back from the Central lead. United Stadium will play host to another East Division team this week, with the Brawlers coming from the City of Brotherly Love to the Windy City. Philly's on a 2 game losing streak after a decent start, and they'll want to win in what should be a certified mid-off. Featured for this week is WR Darnell Mooney, who had his best game of the season with 9 receptions on 16 targets for 105 yards receiving and 2 TD's. #BlownAway #WAFC

It was a narrow loss last week to the scaryboys. As we hope to bounce back we got a tough game on the road against the 4-1 Steelheads. A big bounce-back win over the Raptors get us back on the right track, as we stay at home for a clash with the winless San Diego Destroyers in the Polo Grounds. And it's a new promotion this week, as we are doing Central Park Night! We're doing something special and hosting a couple practices in Central Park open to the public, complete with a 60 minute autograph session afterwards! We'll be in a new look this week, as we'll be in the yellow helmet, black jersey, and yellow pants for this one. Our featured player this week is last year's first round rookie pick Will Anderson Jr., who had 6 solo tackles, 2 helpers on tackles, 3 sacks and knocked down a pass as well. #GothamKnights

After a tough home loss to Boston kept us winless at 0-6, the road ahead doesn't get any easier as San Diego travels to face the 4-2 New York Emperors at the Polo Grounds. The Destroyers will be hitting the field in our standard navy helmets, white jerseys, and navy pants, looking to turn this season around. Our featured player this week is running back Joe Mixon, who made a strong return from injury last week with 102 rushing yards, a rushing touchdown, 30 receiving yards, and another score through the air. #KingsintheWest

A 2-game skid leaves the Galactics at 3-3 through 6 weeks. We head back home to face the also 3-3 Grizzlies. DB Brandon Jones has been a solid addition to the team, putting up a solid performance the past week. We hope he can keep it up against the Grizzlies. An excellent game from both Caleb Williams and David Montgomery put us ahead enough of the Brawlers to give us our first-ever win over them in the modern era. We stand at 4-2 on the year as our gauntlet against teams from the East continue, hitting the road to play the Nightriders. They're in a similar boat to us, going through a rebuild and may possibly be good depending on the week. Featured as our player of the week is LB Micah McFadden, who got 5 tackles along with a forced fumble and a fumble recovery against Philly. #BlownAway #WAFC

Whew, that was a close one. The Steelheads eked out a win against Orlando to pick up win #5 on the year. Not only did we win, but every other team in the West division lost - it really couldn't have gone much better for Seattle. For the first and only time this season, we get to stay at home for a second consecutive game, as we host Utah. The Raptors are currently second in the West, so they have an opportunity to pull within one game, while we have an opportunity to extend our lead even further. This week, we're breaking out our brand new red jerseys for the first time ever, paired with our usual steel helmets and steel pants. WR Tyler Lockett is the man responsible for breaking them in after he went off for 65 yards and a TD catch last week. #TipTheScales

Another week, another tough loss—now sitting at 0-7. It's been a rough ride, but we're back home in Week 8 to take on the Orlando Galactics, who are on a three-game losing streak of their own. One losing streak is ending this week, and we're determined to make sure it's ours as we look to finally grab that first win of the season. We'll be wearing our navy helmets, navy jerseys, and navy pants, ready to turn things around in front of the home crowd.
