Alternate History Sports / Does anyone support a defunct team or want a defunct team to return?

Hi, this is my first thread in AHS and I wonder if there is anyone who supports a defunct team or wants one to return, I recently had sympathy for the Quebec Nordiques and I want them to return, but sadly there's Bettman, so if you want a defunct team to come back or support one, this is the thread for you, feel free to discuss.

I'd personally love to see a few teams return

The Houston Oilers, (the Texans have never truly replaced them I feel).

The Hartford Whalers (a very likeable design in logo and jerseys).

The Montreal Expos (they were lovable losers and everyone feels bad for them over 1994).

The Seattle SuperSonics (they are likely to come back soon but fo now they're gone).

Some of these aren't truly extinct I know with some of the uniforms coming back as throwbacks from time to time, but until they come back full time I miss them anyway

As a Brooklynite I would love for a return of MLB to Brooklyn. In some alternate world I'd have spent my childhood going to the Dodger Dome and seeing games, but I would love to see it happen with say the Tampa Bay Rays.
