The defending Central Division Champion Milwaukee Mallards (2-0), after defeating two division rivals to earn a three-way tie atop the standings, seek to continue their winning ways in front of their "Quackheads," beginning their out-of-division schedule by welcoming the San Diego Destroyers (1-1) to Culver's Coliseum.

They will be wearing their standard green helmet-green jersey-blue pants combo.

In the words of Freddie Mercury, "Another One Bites the Dust". Sevsdast, after having is elimination reversed due to a stat correction, was eliminated this week when the Minnesota Voyageurs upset the Seattle Steelheads.

We'll give QCS top billing for those that advanced, as he was the only one who picked something different, and capitalized on the Milwaukee Mallards win over the San Diego Destroyers. Everyone else, consisting of Darknes, DireBear, IDM, JamHeronArk, and Steelman all selected the Portland Grizzlies to beat the Kentucky Stallions. This week? Hopefully a bit more variety...

Well, that didn't go well. Following YOUR New York Emperors loss to the Dallas Bandits, we look to get healthier before we head to Orlando for Star Wars Night™ with the Galactics. For this one, we're looking for "Unlimited Power" as we channel the Emperor in Star Wars, Sheev Palpatine, and his right hand man, Darth Vader, with our Crown Jewel set of black helmet, black jersey, and black pants.

I like the normal emperors look but this one is really cool. Should be a great looking matchup with the Galactics.

Additionally it would be sweet if somehow we could do uniform previews of each game like they do on CCSLC. I don't have the time to do that but that would be cool if someone was a hero to tackle that.

Without a heftier helping of ado, here are this week's power rankings. Some of last week's top dogs took a tumble, with New York and Seattle stomaching hard losses. The South division looks especially strong, with four of the top seven spots as well as this week's number one, the Orlando Galactics.
