[size=100]ONE HELMET RULE RELAXED PERMANENTLY

Ahead of the Super Bowl this weekend, Roger Goodell announced that the owners were today unanimous in rescinding the controversial one helmet rule as from the next season onwards, all teams will be able to have a throwback helmet and a color rush helmet.

In other news Cincinnati Bengals announced that they will be officially releasing a new redesign which will include a full return to the 1981 uniforms for the new Retro theme... following suit the Arizona Cardinals finally announce that due to pressure from outside and from inside, the uniforms will be redesigned.

Rumors also indicate that the Eagles, the Broncos, the Panthers and the Seahawks have submitted redesign permissions as well.

Can’t disagree with you here about Dallas. As a Arizona Cardinals fan, we are the forgotten team in this league we have done zip zero nothing.

Never say never is what I would say... getting the last wildcard place in the NFC aka 7th is an achievement.

SUPER BOWL

Baltimore Ravens - 35
New Orleans Saints - 38

QUARTER 1 - Ravens 14 - 14 Saints
QUARTER 2 - Ravens 0 - 7 Saints
QUARTER 3 - Ravens 14 - 0 Saints
QUARTER 4 - Ravens 7 - 17 Saints

Summary: After 3-4 years of constantly failing in the playoffs, The New Orleans Saints return to the mountain top as World Champions as the Ravens couldn't stop the Saints from marching in the 4th Quarter despite establishing a lead in the 3rd.

This is Baltimore's first Super Bowl defeat and ends their streak... Drew Brees has hinted on retiring next season.
