As we have recently had our first suspension of an active member, the moderating team has decided to introduce a voting format to determine the length of suspensions or permanent bans.

Once the moderating team determines a violation of the guidelines warrants a vote, each moderator casts a vote from 0 to 10. The cumulative score of all 5 votes will determine the length of the member's suspension, or if the member will be permanently banned. The voting score system is as follows:

50 - Ban
45 to 49 - 1 year
40 to 44 - 9 months
35 to 39 - 6 months
30 to 34 - 3 months
25 to 29 - 2 months
20 to 24 - 1 month
15 to 19 - 2 weeks
10 to 14 - 1 week
5 to 9 - 3 days
0 to 4 - No punishment given

This voting system is subject to change at any time if deemed necessary.
