Maybe Salt Lake City could work. Nice stadium there. Portland maybe? San Jose? Sacramento?

Salt Lake City didn’t do well enough in the real life AAF so I won’t be going there either. Probably won’t be bringing a third team to California either. San Diego and Los Angeles is enough. The XFL is going after huge markets. TV deals want huge markets and that’s where the profits lie.

Then if that's the case maybe Chicago?

I agree with Chicago or Boston

I have 8 cities currently on my list for future XFL teams. I won’t be giving any more of them away at this time. This league has the capability of getting close to 32 teams. So keep the suggestions coming in the future.  Maybe I’ll take a vote on some of the future team names also. However this next expansion I have already completed uniforms for so those are set.

I’ll also take suggestions on player and coach ideas. I have put in quite a bit of research and have quite the pool ready to go but just in case I overlooked something, all suggestions are welcomed.

Thanks guys. I’m also currently on vacation back home visiting my family so I won’t be simulating the next week of the season until Tuesday or Wednesday. Even though things are coming out a bit slower, the league is alive and well. Have no worries haha

“Kaepernick Revenges Loss in Slaying of the Dragons in Seattle”

April 27, 2021

Seattle, WA - Going into the 4th quarter, the Xtreme led 26-14.  However, Paxton Lynch finally shook off the rust and got the Dragons looking like the team they were through the first ten weeks.  He led a Touchdown drive that was finished off by a 1 yard plunge from Thomas Rawls.  After a few first downs and a David Cobb fumble, the Dragons took over a midfield.  Trying to use some clock, the Dragons again went to the ground where CJ Prosise took over.  The young back had 41 yards on five carries before finishing the drive with a 16 yard over the pylon Touchdown dive that had the 48,891 Dragon faithful on their feet.  But they left Kaepernick too much time, and the controversial signal caller got the Xtreme into field goal position that saw Giorgio Tavecchio nail a 38 yarder with no time left to give Los Angeles a huge win in the fight for home field advantage.

“XFL Expands to Toronto, More to Come”

April 29, 2021

Toronto, Ontario, CANADA  - To end the speculation of the last few months, Bill Manning and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment LLC have announced that they were granted an XFL expansion franchise for the 2022 season.  Bill Manning announced the team as the Toronto Phantoms, and that they would be led by former University of Georgia and University of Miami Head Coach Mark Richt.  Former Toronto Argonauts Head Coach Ryan Dinwiddie would serve as the Offensive Coordinator while former Argonauts General Manager Michael Clemons would also be joining the staff in the same capacity.  Al Golden was named as the Defensive Coordinator.  Manning then brought out the team's first franchise player, Quarterback Marcus Mariota.  The Phantoms will be playing their home games at BMO stadium. Manning did say that other former Argonauts would also be joining the Phantoms such as QB McLeod Bethel-Thompson, RBs Marcus Thigpen and Karlos Williams, WRs Keyarris Garrett and Vince Mayle, OL Shane Richards, DBs James Sample and Stanley Jean-Baptiste. Jarious Jackson would also be returning as the QBs Coach.

Vince McMahon then took the stage and announced that the XFL would be playing the 2022 season with 20 teams.  The Toronto Phantoms are number 17, and the other three teams would be announced after the championship game.  McMahon said all the new additions were first class football minds, with first rate talent, placed in first rate cities that will allow the league to take another step towards legitimacy. He finished by saying the league was working with former CFL provider, TSN, on a two game weekly broadcast deal as well.  "The more eyes on our league, the better.  We're here to stay."

In related news, after failing to secure an XFL expansion bid, BC Lions Owner David Braley announced the team would partake in the 2021 CFL season.  After reducing the salary cap, and adding the Atlantic Schooners, the CFL plans to begin play in early June.

I would move the Outlaws and rename them the Oakland Demons, and add Denver to the league

The Outlaws will be moving even further south than that. What would you call the team from Denver?
