Welcome back to college football season! The Johns Island Angels are back to avenge a heartbreaking semifinal loss against eventual champion Hallows. We're also back in the Southern V this year, although it looks a lot different. (Some folks are calling it a "pack twelve", but it was hard enough to pack five teams into this conference.) Our first game, however, is against our erstwhile ECC rivals, St. Laurent. With the warm temperatures outside this weekend, we'll of course be wearing white at home, and our first feature of the year goes to RB Makhi Hughes, who led last year's team with 1,291 rushing yards and 17 total TDs. #HadMeAtHalo
