Season 1 Preview

We have arrived at the inaugural ACA season. Each team will play a total of 10 games they will be required to play each team in there own conference once and then will rotate playing non conference teams based on rivalry and scheduling. Conference champions will be the team with the best conference record and the tie breaker will be overall record and then head to head. For the playoffs there will 4 quarter final bowl games, then 2 semi final bowl games and then finally a national championship. The 4 conference winnings will receive an automatic bid to the playoffs and then the next 4 highest ranking poll teams will qualify (voted on by the ACA board of directors). The 8 playoff teams will then be ranked by the board 1 through 8 to determine playoff seeding and matchups. 

The following will be the quarter final bowl games Empire Bowl (New York, NY), Checkers Bowl (Indianapolis, IN), Valley Bowl (Scottsdale, AZ) and Golden State Bowl (Los Angeles, CA). The semi final games will be Lone Star Bowl (Dallas, TX) and the Sunshine Bowl (Miami, FL). This years National Championship will be held in Atlanta, GA.
