Fun Fact: Sharks have either 5 or 7 gills.
Secondly, I feel the body of the shark is too small in comparison to the fin on top. Have you considered a logo of just the fin?

The logo does need some tweaking. I’d suggest making the Shark a little more angry. Or to echo Dan, just the fin would work marvelously

The last logo for Jacksonville is my favorite of the bunch. The aqua isn't overpowering, and looks sharp against the black.

I like the gray shark with the Green background. It just looks a shark in Florida waters, which makes sense for the team. Plus, that particular green is pretty original, and could make for an excellent jersey color.
