Uh the Scorpions and Dragons happen to be the names of AltFL and AltHL teams. (i own the Scorpions) so i suggest you change the team names. Not demanding it but I think that's just a smarter option

Whoops. Like I said earlier, I've had this project sitting around for awhile and a couple of the names conflict with names on this site, so I changed them. I just forgot to this time. I'm sure it'll happen agin.

PBL Preview
One of 2 top-tier professional leagues to kick off this fall, the Premier Basketball League features 8 teams in large cities along the East and West coasts. Each PBL team will play 48 games, 8 against 3 division foes and 6 against the other 4 teams. The league will be broadcast on NBC and ESPN.
The preseason overall favorites are the New York Gothams, led by Julius Erving and Parick Ewing, supported by Darryl Dawkins. The Gothams are heavy favorites to win the Eastern Division. The remaining 3 teams seem to be competing for the second playoff spot. The Boston Shamrocks are led by “The Chief”, Robert Parish, and have the most star power of the bottom 3 teams. The Washington Senators are still getting over the tragic death of their #1 overall draft pick Len Bias, but the team still has a young core made up of NCAA legend Wayman Tisdale, Sleepy Floyd, Sam Perkins, and Thurl Bailey. The Philadelphia Brothers seem over-matched, with their only players of note being Maurice Cheeks and the injury prone Sam Bowie.
Out West, the overall quality of play increases and the standings should be tighter. The Seattle Pilots, the slight favorites, are led by John Stockton and his former Celtics teammate Danny Ainge, as well as Jack Sikma. They’ll face stiff competition from the Los Angeles Jets, who have Michael Jordan leading a solid supporting cast. Also in the mix figure to be the San Francisco Sea Lions, with Kareem Abdul-Jabbar teaming up with St John’s standout Chris Mullin and University of San Francisco alum Bill Cartwright. Last, but certainly not least, out West are the Phoenix Copperheads, who hope the Hakeem Olajuwan and Lafayette “Fat” Lever, with some assistance from Byron Scott, can carry an underwhelming supporting cast into the playoffs.
