Re: AltFL Legacy

I feel that making the wildcard and then making a quick exit is going to become commonplace for my Cyclones.

Re: AltFL Legacy

I know my team's counterpart, so I know I have a small window of success (a couple years in the 90's) and a few in the mid to late 2000's. So any time I make the playoffs, I'm just hoping the numbers fall right for me to win an AltBowl.

Re: AltFL Legacy

Having won the first AltBowl has made all these playoff losses sting less. They still sting, but it isn’t too bad.

Re: AltFL Legacy

I'm curious to see if any AltHL owners will be able to pull off a year where they win both an Adams Cup/Canadian Shield and the AltBowl in the same year during the Legacy Project.

Re: AltFL Legacy

Ouch!  At least when we lose playoff games, they aren't last second heartbreakers....

@Dan O'Mac, that would be interesting to see if that happens.  I'm pretty sure the Los Angeles Titans won the Adams Cup in 2004, so if the Sabercats manage to win it next year, that scenario would happen and for the same city no less!

A double Stickman press conference would be pretty entertaining.

Yeah, no, this isn’t happening for me.

Re: AltFL Legacy

A little worried with how close that was, but we got the W and are onto the semis! Bring it on, San Antonio!
