The Bulldogs could relocate the Roosevelt Stadium in Jersey City.
Also, as for the rival league, here what I imagine could look like:
EAST
*Baltimore or Cincinnati (if Baltimore: Memorial Stadium; if Cincinnati: University of Cincinnati's Nippert Stadium or Crosley Field)
*Minneapolis (Nicollet Park or University of Minnesota's Memorial Stadium)
*New York (Ebbets Field or Yankee Stadium)
*St. Louis (Sportsman's Park)
*Washington, DC (Griffith Stadium)
WEST
*Dallas (Cotton Bowl)
*Denver (Bears Stadium)
*Houston (Houston/Rice Stadium)
*Los Angeles (L.A. Memorial Coliseum)
*San Francisco (Kezar Stadium)

And now your 1952 sports report!
NFL- Detroit Lions defeat Cleveland Browns 17-7 to win the NFL title
MLB- New York Yankees defeat Brooklyn Dodgers 4-3 to win 4th straight championship
NBA- Minneapolis Lakers defeat New York Knicks in NBA championship series
NHL- Detroit Red Wings defeat Montreal Canadians to win Stanley Cup
Also the Boston Braves will relocate to Milwaukee for 1953. Speaking of Milwaukee, they could be a possible expansion site for the new league if it is successful Kansas City and Seattle could house teams too
