Well, that was unfortunate. The Emeralds took a loss to the Sentinels and now look to rebound at home against the Spirits. Louisville is coming off a win of their own, so we need to get it back on track and keep up with the Marshals in the Western Conference. We'll be in the standard home Stratus set, and we're showcasing last week's top scorer, the defensive powerhouse Jaren Jackson! #ACutAboveTheRest

After losing Joel Embiid again late in the game, the Invaders couldn't keep up with the Revs and fall right back to one game above .500. We make another quick stop at home before a brief East Coast swing, and we welcome the Vancouver Caribou, who will be looking to bring both their record and ours to 6-6. G Malik Monk is getting the feature for this one after scoring more points than every Invader save Paul George. The white jerseys are back out of the closet for this one, and if we move to 3-0 in them, you might see some more of them.

The Emeralds bounced back from back-to-back losses with a win over the visiting Spirits, and keep pace with the Marshals and Invaders in the West. We're heading out on the road this week as we visit the Giants in Minnesota. We're looking for a winning streak in this one as we continue to push for a playoff berth. We're going to be in the alternate 57 Facet set this week, and we're highlighting last week's top scorer, Guard slash Forward DeMar DeRozan! #ACutAboveTheRest

The Invaders aren't having a great year, but you can't say we haven't been able to keep bouncing back when we've been knocked down. That was certainly the case this week, as we soundly took down the Caribou to keep pace with the rest of the West. In fact, the only team that could keep pace with us over the past seven days was New York. Now, we hit the road, and our first stop is in ... New York. Goody. The good news is that we did all of that without star C Joel Embiid, but he's back in the lineup for this game, so hopefully that will give us an edge. It'll be a bit of a downer to backup C Isaiah Hartenstein, who thrived in the newfound spotlight, hauling in an astonishing 49 rebounds to go along with 25 points.

Well, that's not what we wanted, as we dropped the game against the Giants. We're going to need to get back on that good stuff this week, as we host the Kansas City Marshals. The Marshals are holding down the top spot in the Western Conference, so a win in this one would be huge for us. We're going to be in the standard home set with the Stratus jerseys, as we feature last week's top scorer, D'Angelo Russell! #ACutAboveTheRest

The Sentinels put up a good fight, but came up just short, and Albuquerque was able to come up with the win. With just seven games left in the regular season, the #1 seed is still within reach, but we'll pretty much need to avoid missteps from here on out. A loss this week would be an extremely large misstep, as we face off against the worst team in the league, the 0-13 Charlotte Flyers, so we'll hope to come out with a win once Sunday rolls around. Featured this week is G Jaden Ivey, who assembled his best game of the season, finishing with 74 points and double digits in rebounds and assists (and turnovers).

Props to Charlotte for playing a good game; they deserved to win this one. The Invaders delivered an extremely underwhelming and frankly unacceptable performance, and were losing until some clutch plays by G Alex Caruso (coincidentally the featured player this week) pulled us ahead at the last minute. While this technically goes down as a win for Albuquerque, it sure as hell feels like a loss, and this doesn't feel like a team that's going to win a championship, or even lose to Kansas City in the West Finals for a third straight year. It feels like a team that is going to lose to Kansas City this week, as we host them this week in our second matchup of the season. If we do manage to turn things around and pull out the win, we'll take control of the #1 seed in the West, so this is certainly a matchup for which we'll actually have to show up and play.

The Emeralds are getting healthy and playing some good ball, as evidenced by the top score in the AltBA this week and a win over the West leading Kansas City Marshals. We simply can't rest though, as we head on the road to take on the Revelers in New Orleans in the Evergreen sets. We had what felt like everyone having a great week, but none more than the big forward, Jaren Jackson Jr.! #ACutAboveTheRest

Well, we did what we needed and knocked of the Party Bois. Unfortunately, Albuquerque couldn't knock of Kansas City, so we remain two games back on the Marshals. Now this week, we head back home to Seattle and welcome the Boston Schooners to The Dick. We'll be looking to pick up the win, as we have 5 games left this season to catch the Marshals for the Western Division title. We'll be in the standard home look, donning the Stratus jerseys. Our featured player this week is Donovan Mitchell, who easily paced the team to lead us to victory last week. #ACutAboveTheRest

The Invaders lost this week, as we sort of expected, but it wasn't because we had a bad game, but moreso because Joel Embiid was sidelined due to injury. Unfortunately for fans in the Querq, it looks like he'll stay that way for a while, so we'll have to start finding ways to win without him. If last week was anything to go by, then G/F Devin Vassell is taking up the mantle of top player, as he put up a clean 100 points as well as double digits in rebounds and assists as well. If he can keep it up, we'll be able to get our 10th win of the season on the road against the Minnesota Giants.
